28 Apr 1972, Outside Quang Tri City, South Vietnam --- Outside Quang Tri City, So. Vietnam: An ARVN tries to extricate wounded civilians from debris after truck loaded with refugees struck a mine four miles south of Quang Tri. At least 40 persons were killed and 60 injured in the incident involving three different vehicles.
